氧化铝工业用高强耐碱过滤材料的研究开发

摘    要:氧化铝工业液体含有大量的物理热、化学潜热及可利用的物质,高温液体除杂技术的核心是高性能过滤材料。设计和研制了3种不同的氧化铝工业液体过滤材料,在同样工作环境下对其性能进行了测试和讨论。试验结果表明:根据性能及成本等因素的综合考虑,3种样品中,面层采用改性丙纶粗细混合纤维针刺非织造布、夹层为高强丙纶长丝机织布,按照一定的工艺条件针刺复合而成的过滤材料最适合氧化铝蒸发工序高强、高湿、耐碱的过滤工作要求。
