模糊PID串级控制在磨矿浓度实时监控中的应用

摘    要:自动控制技术应用于选矿厂磨矿作业是提高磨矿效率和产品质量的有效手段之一。针对球磨机运行过程中磨矿浓度控制存在的问题,采用模糊PID串级控制方案,在线整定PID参数,对磨矿浓度进行了主回路浓度控制和副回路补水控制。应用实践表明,模糊PID串级控制稳定了磨矿浓度,改善了磨矿效率,提高了生产率。

Abstract:The application of automatic control technology on grinding working in ore processing plant is an effective instrument to enhance grinding efficiency and product quality. According to the problems in grinding concentration control, the major loop concentration control and subloop water replenishing control are carded out by the fuzzy PID cascade control scheme and PID parameters online setting. Application practice shows that the fuzzy PID cascade control stabilizes the grinding concentration and enhances the grinding efficiency,
