非圆齿轮曲柄摇杆串联传动机构的设计与抽油机节能

摘    要:通过建立非圆齿轮—曲柄摇杆机构的数学模型,分析了该机构的运动学特性。并以节能为出发点,提出了用于游梁式抽油机的非圆齿轮副的设计方法。在此基础上以CYJ10-3-53HB型抽油机为例,利用MATLAB软件对游梁式抽油机采用非圆齿轮传动减速箱和采用常规齿轮传动减速箱时的运动和动力性能进行了仿真对比,证实了理论分析的正确性。
