| 摘 要： | 通过对传统MTBE装置工艺流程进行分析 ,找出了各个操作单元存在的问题 ,并结合实际操作数据 ,逐一提出了具体的解决方案 ,进一步优化了传统醚化装置工艺流程。达到了生产装置规模不变 ,而投资大大减少的目的。给今后新上同类装置的工艺流程设计 ,提供了较好的技术借鉴。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the traditional process flow of the MTBE plant, we have found problems in every operation unit, and put forward the specific solution based on practical operating data one by one, and further more we have optimized the traditional process flow of the MTBE plant, so that the purpose of reducing production cost has been reached without changing the production capacity. This provides the design of the same kind of plant with good technical reference in the future. |
