固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2的制备与表征

摘    要:采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2型固体超强酸,采用FTIR法、Hammett指示剂法及碱滴定法对其进行了表征,考察了浸渍液浓度、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2酸强度、酸量的影响并在单因素研究结果基础上,采用相应面法优化分析了影响表面酸量的制备条件。研究结果表明,SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2的最佳制备条件为:浸渍硫酸浓度1.0mol/L、焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间4h,此时超强固体酸酸量可达1.83mmol·g~(-1)。

Abstract:The solid acid because of the easy and the reaction system separation, regeneration and repeated use while more and more alternative to the use of liquid acid. Solid superacid in recent years, research and development of a new solid acid, it has over other solid acid, high strength, low cost. This paper studies the impact factors of the different preparation conditions on the solid super acid. First of all, deal with different sulfuric acid concentration of impregnating solution, to examine its preparation from the acid strength of surface acidity, and select the best dipping concentration. Then investigated by varying the calcination temperature and calcination time preparation effect, select the best preparation conditions. Finally, elected under the best conditions for preparation of solid superacid, to measure the acid strength, surface acidity, and preparative super solid acid synthesis catalyzed castor oil biodiesel measured results, to examine the activity of the catalyst.
