日本大城市建筑物地震灾害模拟技术

摘    要:2002年日本国家防灾科学技术研究所开展的“反映大城市特征的地震灾害高端模拟技术的开发”,是模拟大城市所特有的人群密集型建筑物,在发生地震并由此引发次生灾害时,内部将发生的情况,并预测采取对策后的效果,同时开发出一系列先进的模拟系统。其目的是为决策者和市民提供一个减少灾害的方法,同时也为建筑设计提供一定的科学依据。试以此项研究的结果为基础,简要介绍其中与建筑相关的最新研究成果,希望对我国的防灾减灾研究提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:In 2002, the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Mitigation launch the project, with the name of “special research projects on earthquake disaster reduction in major cities”. The subproject, “high-end earthquake disaster simulation technology development according with the major cities”, is to simulate the situation in the constructions of intensive population when earthquake occurs and triggers secondary disasters, then to predict the effect. The purpose of the subproject is to provide some ways to reduce the disasters and some scientific basis in architectural design. The content of the paper is based on the theories and briefly introduces the latest achievements concerned to architecture. And we hope sincerely our contents will provide some references, especially after Wenchuan earthquake.
