摘    要: 针对梅钢2号铸机板坯的气孔缺陷问题,采用水力学物理模拟的方法,研究了拉速、水口插入深度和吹气量对结晶器内气泡分布的影响。根据物理模拟结果对吹气量进行了优化,得到了吹氩量与结晶器通钢量的定量关系式,并在大生产中进行了应用。结果表明,将实际中的吹氩量控制在优化的吹气量范围之内时,硫印评级方法检测的针孔状气孔缺陷等级从10级降为05级,缺陷铸坯比例降幅达127%,低倍检验缺陷铸坯比例降幅达618%。

Abstract:Aiming at the pinhole defect of the slab at No2 slab caster of Meishan Steel, the influence of casting speed, immersion depth of nozzle and blowing argon flowrate on bubble distribution in the mold was investigated by using water model. The flowrate of blowing Ar was optimized based on the results of physical modeling. A quantitative relation between the flowrate of blowing Ar and the flowrate of the casting liquid steel through mold was obtained. After the optimum Ar flowrate was used at No2 slab caster, the evaluation grade of the slabs with pinhole by the sulfur print test decreases from 10 to 05, and the proportion of the slabs with pinhole is reduced by 127% according to the sulfur print test and 618% according to the macroscopic test, respectively.
