摘    要:
热残余应变和微裂纹是影响晶须增韧陶瓷基复合材料力学性能的两个重要因素,本文将综合考虑这两种因素的影响,定量研究晶须和微裂纹在基体内随机分布时多种因素对复合材料模量和强度的影响,包括晶须和微裂纹含量、晶须长径比和微裂纹尺寸以及组分性能的影响.理论结果表明,上述各种因素对材料力学性能均有不同程度的影响,所得结论将为材料的优化设计提供一定的指导作用.

Abstract:
Residual thermo-strain and microcracks are the major factors which affect thebehaviour of whisker toughening ceramic matrix composite materials (CMC).In this paper,the two factors are taken into account.Meanwhile,the effects of whiskers and microcrackson the effective modulus and strength of the material are researched,involving the randomdistribution and the content of the whiskers and the microcracks,the aspect ratio of thewhiskers and the size of the microcracks. The theoretical results show that alI those abovefactors have influence on the mechanic behaviour of the materials in different degrees. Theconclusions are beneficial for the optimization of CMC.
