摘    要:某铜矿主要采用以戈壁集料作为充填骨料的高浓度充填工艺,随着国家环保政策越来越严格,戈壁集料价格大幅增长,导致充填成本升高。为降低充填成本,减少戈壁集料用量,本文基于矿山开采、选矿和充填现状,提出了矿山高浓度尾砂胶结充填替代戈壁集料充填工艺方案,结合尾砂充填试验结果,论证了自然分级尾砂高浓度充填工艺改造方案的可行性,对其各子系统开展了系统研究与工业验证,经工业试验调试与完善,实现了立式砂仓高浓度稳定放砂和全尾砂高浓度充填的目标。

Abstract:A copper mine mainly uses the Gobi aggregate as the filling material filling process. With the increasingly stringent national environmental policy, the aggregate price of Gobi has increased sharply, resulting in the increase of the filling cost. In order to reduce the filling cost, reduce the amount of Gobi aggregate, and respond to the national environmental protection policy, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the high concentration filling process of natural graded tailings by field investigation, based on the current situation of mining, mineral processing and filling, combined with the filling test results. Through the study of the modification scheme of high-concentration tailings filling technology with natural grading, the goal of high-concentration and stable sand discharge in vertical sand silo and high-concentration filling of full tailings has been achieved.
