摘    要:该文提出一种基于开关电容的高增益双输入变换器,同时具有单输入源供电和双输入源供电模式,开关电容的引入,使变换器具有电压增益高、功率器件电压应力低的优点。2个输入源间采用功率器件连接,使得变换器在单输入模式下采用交错导通控制,有效地减小了输入电流纹波,同时当d≥0.5时,2个电感可实现自动均流,降低控制难度。在双输入模式下,采用中心对称导通控制方式,相较于交错导通控制,工作状况得到简化。详细分析了变换器的工作原理及稳态性能,并提出能量管理方案,使变换器能够灵活地切换工作模式来应对新能源端口和负载功率的变化,提高系统供电可靠性。实验结果验证了变换器的可行性和能量管理方案的正确性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a kind of high-gain dual-input converter based on switched-capacitor suitable for renewable hybrid power generation system,which can operate in either separate input or dual-input mode. By adding the switched-capacitor,the gain range is extended and the voltage stress of switches is significantly minimized. The connection of power devices between two input sources make the converter adopt interleaved control in single-input mode,which decreases input current ripple effectively.Simultaneously,the advantage of an automatic current sharing capability is maintained,making the control simpler. Instead of the interleaved conduction,the central symmetric conduction control is used for dual-input mode. Thus the operation conditions of the converter are optimized. The operation principle and steady-state performance of the proposed dual-input converter are analyzed in detail. And the energy management strategy is introduced. Based on this,the operation modes can realize the seamless transfer to match the change of renewable source port and the demand of load,enhancing the reliability of power supply system. The experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed topology and the correctness of energy management strategy.
