| 摘 要： | 矿浆在线分析仪器是在线分析技术与仪器化技术相结合的产物,选矿领域通常包括矿浆品位、粒度、浓度及酸碱度等工艺参数检测,传统的仪器化开发过程具有软硬件专属定制化的特点,基于“共性技术组件化”的思路,将矿浆在线分析关键的共性设计加以提炼及论证。

| Abstract: | On-line slurry analysis instrument is the product of combination of on-line analysis and instrument technology. The field of mineral processing usually includes the detection of slurry grade, particle size, solid and pH. The traditional instrumentation development process has the characteristics of software and hardware customization. Based on the idea of "common technology modularization", the key common design of online slurry analysis is summarized and demonstrated. |
