高低应变动力测试技术在某住宅楼桩基检测中的应用

摘    要:高、低应变动力测试技术是近年来国内外迅速发展并推广使用的一种桩基检测方法。人工挖孔灌注桩是常德市应用广泛的桩型之一,这种桩具有较高的承载力,桩-土相互作用情况较预制桩复杂,因此探讨高低应变动力试桩法对这类桩的适宜性问题显得日益重要。以常德市某住宅楼为例,探讨了人工挖孔灌注桩高低应变动力测试的原理和仪器设备、测试过程与结果,并对高应变动测中的承载力确定等问题进行了分析研究。

APPLICATION OF HIGH AND LOW STRAIN DYNAMIC TESTING TECHNOLOGY IN THE DETECTING PILES FOR HOUSE BUILDING

Abstract:The technology of high and low strain dynamic testing has been used and extended these years in our country. Artificial drilled pile is one of the piles applied widely in Changde city,which is higher in bearing capacity,and between which and soil the interaction is more complex than that of between precastiony piles and soil.It is important to discuss the suitability of high and low strain dynamical detection for this pile.A house building in Changde city was taken as an example in this thesis,the principle and instrument equipment,the detection process and the result of high and low strain dynamical detection in artificial drilled pile were presented.Some questions such as the confirmation of bearing capacity were analyzed and studied.
