| 摘 要： | 在分析甘肃省装备制造业发展现状的基础上，针对所面临的技术创新水平不高、高技术人才较少和结构不尽合理等问题，提出了发展服务业、激活企业活力和优化结构配置的发展对策。然后探讨了工业设计服务平台的发展现状和建设平台的重要性，提出了创建甘肃省装备制造业工业设计服务平台的主要内容和技术手段。

| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Gansu province, some problems are analyzed, such as the low technology innovation level, the less high-tech person, the unreasonable service struc-ture, and so on. Some development countermeasures are proposed, including the development of service industry, the devel-opment measures of activating enterprise vitality and optimizing structure configuration. Then the current situation of industrial design services platform is discussed, and the importance to construct the industrial design services platform is studied. The main contents and technical means of constructing the industrial design services platform of equipment manufacturing industry in Gansu province are presented. |
