摘    要:
变频电机正以优越的性能和显著的节能效果得到了广泛的推广和应用。通过对比普通异步电机的负载特性检测方法,介绍了在变频器供电和正弦波供电两种电源方式下,对变频异步电机进行空载、堵转和负载试验,从而对电机的负载特性检测进行研究。试验表明,恒转矩启动时,变频电机工作状态良好,而在高频运行时,电机的效率和转矩性能都受到较大的影响。

Abstract:
Variable frequency adjustable speed asynchronous motor is popularized because of its high efficiency and ascendant capability. By contrasting the characteristic test method of common asynchronous motor, noload, blockup and load test of the frequency conversion motor are researched in transducer power supply and in sine power supply. The test shows that the fre-quency motor runs in constant torque,when motor is starting in constant torque. The efficiency and torque capability of motor is influenced greatly when it is running in high speed.
