三软煤层底板岩巷变形分析与加固技术

摘    要:基于料石砌碹拱形支护的三软煤层底板岩巷易发生变形,为有效控制软岩巷道变形量,减少巷道维护次数,通过对米村煤矿-150 m水平水仓硐室围岩物理化学性质分析、地质构造和原支护形式及巷道破坏特征分析,分析了巷道失稳的主要原因,基于巷道围岩松动圈支护理论和软岩工程支护原则,提出了适合于软岩巷道的锚网索+喷浆壁后注浆+可缩性U型钢支架的联合加固技术,经连续3个月的巷道变形监测,巷道帮部最大水平位移37 mm,顶底板最大移近量52 mm,此联合加固技术能有效控制软岩巷道变形。

Abstract:Due to the mine rock roadway with rock material lined arch support under the seam floor with soft roof,soft coal and soft floor easy to be deformed,in order to effectively control the deformation value of the mine soft rock roadway and reduce the maintenance numbers of the mine roadway,with the physical and chemical property analysis on the surrounding rock in-150 m level water drainage sump chamber and the analysis on the geological structure,previous support mode and mine roadway failure features,the major causes of the mine roadway stability lost were analyzed.Based on the loosing ring support theory of surrounding rock in the mine roadway and the support principle of the soft rock engineering,the combined reinforced technology with bolt/steel mesh/anchor + shotcretting/backwall grouting + yield U type steel support suitable for the soft rock roadway was provided.During three months continued monitoring and measuring,the max convergence between the two sidewalls of the roadway was 37 mm and the max convergence between the roof and floor was 52 mm.The combined reinforced technology could effectively control the deformation of the mine soft rock roadway.
