保护层工作面瓦斯综合治理技术

摘    要:为了解决张集煤矿1122(1)保护层工作面开采时被保护层的大量卸压瓦斯涌入,造成保护层工作面开采过程中回风瓦斯浓度较大的问题,采用顺层钻孔抽采技术,上隅角埋管、插管抽采技术,尾抽巷、高抽巷、底抽巷抽采技术等综合瓦斯治理技术对其进行了治理。结果表明:采用上述瓦斯综合治理技术后,工作面瓦斯抽采率达到87.8%,有效地解决了保护层工作面回采期间的瓦斯问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the large quantity pressure released gas emission from the protected seam during the mining operation of the coal mining face in No.1122(1) protective seam of Zhangji Mine causing a high gas content problems in the retuned air gateway during the mining process of the coal mining face in the protective seam,the gas drainage technology with boreholes along the seam,the top corner buried pipe and inserted pipe gas drainage technology,the gas drainage technology in the tail drainage roadway and high drainage roadway as well as bottom drainage roadway and other comprehensive control technology were applied.The results showed that,when above gas comprehensive control technologies applied,the gas drainage rate of the coal mining face could reach to 87.8% and the gas problems during the mining period of the coal mining face in the protective seam could be effectively solved.
