井下输送带运煤系统综合防尘技术

摘    要:通过对井下输送带运煤系统产尘点和产尘原因的综合分析,提出了粉尘源头治理、分点分制的防治原则,制定并实施了通风抑尘、转载点触控手动喷雾防尘、电磁阀水幕捕尘、除尘风机湿尘除尘、回行输送带可调式喷雾洗尘、清理器清除煤泥及输送带运煤系统定期洒水降尘等综合防尘措施,使输送带运煤系统粉尘质量浓度由35-45mg/m3降至5-6mg/m3,降尘效率达85%以上。

Abstract:With the comprehensive analysis on the dust occurred point and dust occurred cause of the belt conveying system,a dust prevention principle with a dust sources control and point control system was provided.The comprehensive dust prevention measures was set up and implemented,including the ventilation dust control,the touch manual spraying dust prevention at the discharging loading point,dust control with electromagnetic valve water curtain,wet dust removing with the dust removing fan,adjusted spraying dust removing of the returning belt,slime cleaning with cleaner and regular water spraying and dust control of the belt conveying system.Thus the dust density of the belt conveying system could be reduced from previous 35~45 mg/m3 to 5~6 mg/m3 and the dust reduction efficiency was reached over 85%.
