某铜钼矿石的选矿试验研究

摘    要:对某铜钼矿石进行了选矿试验研究。采用铜钼混选, 铜钼混合粗精矿经一段再磨、铜钼一粗三精分离的浮选工艺流程, 以石灰为调整剂, 煤油为捕收剂混合浮选铜钼, QN为铜矿物抑制剂, 进行铜钼分离, 获得了钼精矿钼品位为48.12%、钼回收率为87.93%, 铜精矿铜品位为13.19%、铜回收率为87.16%。

Abstract:Beneficiation test was conducted for a copper-molybdenum ore using a flowsheet comprised of a bulk flotation,a regrinding of bulk concentrate,and a Mo/Cu separation with one roughing and three stages of cleaning.Cu-Mo bulk flotation was carried out with lime as the regulator and kerosene as the collector,while QN was used as a copper mineral depressant for Mo/Cu separation.A molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 48.12% was obtained with the Mo recovery of 87.93%,and a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 13.19% was obtained with the Cu recovery of 87.16%.
