西藏某碱性低磷硫磁赤混合铁矿选铁试验研究

摘    要:对西藏某碱性低硫磷磁赤混合铁矿进行了选铁试验研究。采用磨矿-弱磁-强磁选流程处理TFe品位39.23%的磁赤混合铁矿, 获得了混合铁精矿产率48.86%、TFe品位63.50%、TFe回收率80.50%的选矿指标。

Abstract:Mineral processing technology to recover iron from an alkaline maghemite ore from Tibet with low content of sulfur and phosphorus was investigated.A flowsheet consisting of a grinding,a low intensity magnetic separation and a high intensity magnetic separation was introduced to treat this maghemite ore with a TFe grade of 39.23%,and a good beneficiation index of a bulk concentrate yield of 48.86%,a TFe grade of 63.50% and a TFe recovery of 80.50%,can be achieved.
