| 摘 要： | 下一代网络计费系统包含计费策略、数据采集、根据计费规则计算单位数据的价格、计算用户使用的数据费用以及和用户结算相应的费用开票等一系列处理过程,文中主要研究下一代网络计费系统的定义、体系结构、计费协议、计费策略和计费方案,并对涉及的相关计费技术进行详细分析,指出下一代网络计费技术的发展方向.
