摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法比较长白山地区野生与栽培蓝靛果果实原花青素的含量.首先使用回流提取法和大孔吸附树脂法得到原花青素粗品; 然后利用原花青素在280 nm处有最大吸收的特点,测定其在酸性条件下(pH=3)的吸光度.测定结果显示:原花青素含量在15.63~250.00 μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性范围; 野生品平均加样回收率为95.32%,RSD值为1.67%; 栽培品平均加样回收率为95.47%,RSD值为1.61%; 野生品原花青素含量为1.72%,栽培品原花青素含量为1.90%.该结果表明,栽培蓝靛果果

Abstract:The content of proanthocyanidins in wild and cultivated fruit extract of Loniceracaerulea L. in Changbai Mountain region is compared with UV spectrophotometry. First, the extraction of proanthocyanidins is used by reflux extraction and macroporous adsorption resin method. Then, the maximum absorption wavelength of proanthocyanidins at 280 nm is confirmed, the absorbance of proanthocyanidins in acidic condition(pH=3)was determined. The measurement results show that the content of proanthocyanidins is good linear range 15.63-250.00 μg/mL. The average wild recovery is 95.32%, RSD is 1.67%, the average recovery rate of the cultivated is 95.47%, RSD is 1.61%. The content of proanthocyanidins in wild fruit is 1.72%, in cultivated fruit is 1.90%. The result indicates that the content of proanthocyanidins in the fruit extract of the cultivated is higher than that of the wild fruits. The method of determination is simple, accurate and stable reproducible, it could be used for the determination of proanthocyanidins content.
