1420铝锂合金激光焊接工艺研究

摘    要:对2.5 mm厚1420铝锂合金板材进行了YAG激光焊接,重点研究了YAG激光焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响和接头的拉伸、疲劳性能及其影响因素.研究结果表明,焊接工艺参数中离焦量对焊缝成形的影响为抛物线趋势,存在最佳离焦量值;焊接速度对它的影响为直线下降趋势;激光功率对它的影响为直线上升趋势.热处理的影响较大,热处理后接头的抗拉强度有很大提高.

Abstract:1420 Al - Li alloy of 2.5 mm thickness was welded by YAG laser and the effects of process parameters on the formation of weld and mechanical properties were researched. The results showed that the effect of out - of- focus position on the formation of weld presented the regularity of parabolic curve and there existed the optimum out - of - focus position. The effect of welding speed on the formation of weld presented the regularity of descending line, while that of laser power presented the regularity of ascending line. The tensile strength of the joint was increased greatly after the heat treatment.
