酸湿土壤中燃气管道阳极保护的研究与实现

摘    要:阐述了阳极保护的原理,分析了某实际工程埋地钢质燃气管道的土壤环境和管道防腐现状:土壤环境呈酸性,含水率高,电阻率小,管地电位正向偏移,管段实施了牺牲阳极阴极保护和强制电流阴极保护,保护效果不佳,管道腐蚀速率过快。提出了酸湿土壤埋地燃气管道阳极保护工艺设计和实施方案。

Abstract:The principle of anodic protection is expounded. The soil environment and anticorrosion status for buried steel gas pipeline in a practical project are analyzed. The soil environment is acidic with high moisture content, low resistivity and positive deviation of pipe to soil potential. The sacrificial anode cathodic protection and impressed current cathodic protection are used on the pipeline, but the effect is poor, and the pipeline corrosion rate is too rapid. The design and implementation scheme of anodic pro- tection of buried gas pipeline in acid and wet soil is proposed.
