多元交联速干建筑防水涂料的机理与应用研究

摘    要:由酮肼/硅氧复合改性室温自交联聚合物乳液、丙烯酸乳液、其他助剂和颜填料为原材料制备了一种多元交联速干建筑防水涂料,具有快速干燥、快速成膜、强度发展快等特点,适用于建筑防水快速修缮改造工程.文章探讨了交联乳液种类和用量对涂料主要性能的影响,并介绍了其施工注意事项.

Abstract:A kind of multi-element crosslinking quick-dry building waterproofing coating is prepared with ketone hydrazine/silica compound modified room temperature self-crosslinking polymer emulsion,acrylic emulsion,other auxiliaries and pigments and fillers as raw materials.This new coating possesses the characteristics of quick-dry,quick filming and fast strength development etc.,and it is suitable for quick building waterproofing repair and modification projects.This article discusses the influence of crosslinking emulsion type and dosage on the main performance of coating,and introduces the matters need attention during its application.
