深水高含水气田水下分离技术应用

摘    要:针对海上油气田开发中遇到的高含水问题,分析国外典型油气田采取的解决方案。研究采用水下分离器方案开发海上气田尤其是深水气田的可行性和优势。针对南海某深水气田高含水的特点,研究不同水下生产流体外输方案和不同水下分离器布置方案的影响,从而确定最优化的水下分离器使用方案。对水下分离器的设计进行研究。总结高含水气田采用水下分离器方案需要考虑的问题。对水下分离器设计的研究有助于我国自主掌握水下分离器的设计技术,打破国外垄断。

Abstract:Aiming at high water content problem in the development of offshore oil and gas fields, the solutions adopted by the typical oil and gas fields abroad are analyzed. The feasibility and advantages of the subsea separator development plan for gas fields, especially deep water gas field, is proposed. According to the high water content problem of a deep water gas field in Nanhai, the influence of different external transmission mode of production fluid and installation position of subsea separator is studied, in order to find the optimized plan. The design study of subsea separator is proceeded. The factors to be considered in the subsea separator development plan of high water content gas field is summarized. The research on the design of the subsea separator is helpful for our country to master the design technology of the subsea separator and break the foreign monopoly.
