| 摘 要： | 以山西瑞兴花园项目地下工程为例,阐述了采用水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料与分子粘高分子防水卷材结合的涂卷复合防水系统的应用。介绍了结构底板、剪力墙及种植顶板的防水设计与施工工艺,并简述了阴阳角、后浇带、穿墙管、抗拔桩头等细节部位的防水做法。

| Abstract: | Taking the underground project of Shanxi Ruixing Garden Community as an example,the article explains the application of the combined waterproofing system of cement-based capillary crystalline waterproofing coating and molecule adhesive high polymer waterproofing membrane.It introduces the waterproofing design and construction technology for structure bottom plate,shear wall,planted roof plate,and the waterproofing practices for details such as inside and outside corners,post-cast strip,wall-through pipe,uplift pile head etc. |
