Mg65Cu25Gd10非晶合金的腐蚀行为

摘    要:采用电化学方法研究了块体Mg65Cu25Gd10非晶合金在0.01 mol/L,pH=13的NaCl溶液及0.1 mol/L,pH=13的NaOH溶液中的腐蚀行为.在2种电解质溶液中,非晶合金样品的极化曲线具有明显的钝化区和较低的钝化电流密度.浸蚀样品的表面形貌和腐蚀产物采用SEM和EDS来表征.恒电位钝化后样品表面层化学信息运用DP-XPS来考察.结果表明,样品在NaOH溶液中形成致密少孔的钝化膜,而在含Cl离子的溶液中,样品表面钝化膜疏松且多孔,导致合金在含Cl离子的溶液中具有较低的耐蚀性.

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of bulk amorphous Mg65Cu25Gd10 alloy was studied by electrochemical measurement. The potentiodynamic polarization tests were carried out in 0.01 mol/L NaCl solution and 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution with pH=13. The amorphous Mg65Cu25Gd10 alloy was spontaneously passivated at a significantly low passivation current density in the two kinds of solutions.
