摘    要:分析了连接器端子零件的工艺性,介绍了成形连接器端子的级进模的总体结构、U形的展开长度、排样方案的设计、滑块的动作等,设计的模具具有结构紧凑合理、滑块动作稳定可靠、调整方便、制程能力稳定等特点,加工的零件符合图纸要求,有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The manufacturability of a receptacle connector terminal was analyzed and the general structure of a progressive die for the stamping of the component was presented.The calculation of the component's spread length,the blank layout scheme and the movement of slider blocks were also introduced.The die has the advantages like compact structure,stable sliding,convenient adjustment and reliable process capability.
