| 摘 要： | 分析比较澳大利亚-新西兰风险管理标准AS／NZS4360：1999和美国的COSO企业风险管理一整合框架（COSO—ERM）的重点要求和差异,并与我国石化企业的风险管理现状进行对比。我国石化企业应当结合管理实际,加强细化单元的风险管理,做好风险管理的过程控制,注重风险管理信息的集成,配合企业条块管理实际,织成风险管理网络,达到风险防范的目的。

| Abstract: | Analyzed and compared Australia- New Zealand risk control standard AS/NZS 4360 and American COSO - ERM, briefly stated the requirement and difference, and contrast with our present status of risk management in petrochemical enterprises. Our petrochemical enterprises should combined with management practice, strengthen risk management of minute units, well control the whole process of risk management, pay attention to risk management massage inte- gration, cooperate with column management practice, form net of risk management and fulfill risk prevention and control. |
