摘    要:通过金相检验分析了珠海发电厂700MW机组中压调门阀座裂纹产生的原因、机理,详细介绍了裂纹的处理工艺和过程,为进口机组大型铸件裂纹的处理提供了正确的方法.

Abstract:The reasons and mechanism of the crack problem in the middling pressure adjustable valve base for 700 MW turbine in Zhuhai Power Plant were analyzed based on the metallurgical test. The treatment and processing technolgy for the crack were introduced in this paper which has been provided with proper method for handling cracks in large casting of imported power unit.
