| 摘 要： | 本文基于换热网络的过程模拟,借助于灵敏度系数,给出了一种简单有效的换热网络柔性指数计算的方法。当换网干扰变量变化并引起了控制变量的变化时,如有调节变量,可通过改变调解变量使控制变量返回到设定值。编制了计算机程序,调解曲线可在计算机屏幕上绘出,也可定点检验换网操作的可行性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a simple and effective approach to calculation of flexibility index (CFI) of HEN is proposed based on process simulation of HEN with help of sensitivity coefficients. The computer programme is made. If there are manipulated variables in the CFI, when disturbance variables (DVs)change from their normal values and induce the change in the controlled variables (CVs)from their setpoints, the manipulated variables (MVs)will be adjusted in order to make CVs return to their setpoints. The curves of derivations of CVs from their setpoints vs the number of adjustment of MVs can be drawn on the screen. Flexibility test at a fixed state can be done. |
