特高压直流电流测量装置阶跃响应特性校验系统研究

摘    要:分析了特高压直流测量装置阶跃特性现场试验要求,开展阶跃响应特性现场试验技术研究,提出了基于BUCK电路的直流电流测量装置阶跃响应试验技术。研制了直流电流测量装置阶跃响应试验用快速上升长脉宽大电流源。完成了特高压直流电流测量装置阶跃响应验证试验。试验结果表明,所提出的直流电流测量阶跃特性校验系统最大输出3000 A时,阶跃方波上升时间7μs,持续时间10 ms,过冲幅值小于1%,其性能满足特高压直流电流测量装置的检测校验要求。

Abstract:Given the field test requirements of step characteristics of a UHVDC measuring device,the field test technology of step response characteristics is studied.A step response test technology of a DC current measuring device based on the BUCK circuit is put forward.A rapidly rising long-pulse large-current source for a step response test of DC current measuring device is developed.The step response test of a UHVDC current measuring devices is completed.The test results show that when the maximum output of the step characteristic calibration system of DC current measurement is 3000 A,the step square wave rise time is 7μs,the duration is 10 ms,the overshoot amplitude is less than 1%,and its performance meets the requirements of the detection and verification of a UHVDC current measuring device.
