摘    要:为应对电力系统现有通信信道故障定位困难和长距离通信可靠性不足等难题,基于继电保护通信性能要求,从报文格式、带宽需求、传输延时、通信架构、安全性和数据同步技术等方面探讨了5G通信在继电保护中应用的可行性。进一步地,明确基于5G通信的纵联保护在配电系统中应用的优越性和在中高压电力系统中应用时基于网络结构和转发协议的优化方向。最后,针对误码、丢帧、通信中断、延时异常、授时异常等异常情况,提出了基于5G通信的纵联保护的保护策略,为5G通信技术在电力系统继电保护领域的工程应用提供参考。

Abstract:There are difficulties of fault location and reliability deficiency in existing communication channels in power systems. This paper discusses the feasibility of using 5G communications in relay protection from the aspects of message format, bandwidth demand, transmission delay, communication architecture, security and the synchronization of data based on the communication performance requirements of relay protection. It suggests that pilot protection based on 5G communication can fully make use of its advantages when it is used in distribution power systems, while the network structure and forward protocol should be optimized when it is used in medium and high voltage power systems. Finally, for the error code, frame loss, communication interruption, abnormal transmission delay, abnormal time service and other abnormalities, corresponding protection strategies are proposed. These provide an engineering application of 5G communication technology in the field of power system relay protection.
