铁矿粉反应性研究

摘    要:研究了铁矿粉与氧化钙反应的熔化特性。实验结果表明,铁矿娄与氧化钙反应生成液相的熔点温度受氧化钙的配比和铁矿粉本身的特性影响。氧化钙配比越高,熔点温度越低;铁矿粉中氧化铝提高了液相生成的熔点温度,在氧化钙配比较低时,影响比较明显;当不同矿种中的氧化铝含量接近时,含结晶水的矿种与氧化钙反应生成液相的熔点温度较低;矿种相同时,粒度越细,熔化温度越低。

Abstract:The melting characteristic of iron ore fines with calcium oxide during reaction is investigated.The melting point temperature is affected by the percentage of calcium oxide blended in the iron ore fine and the characteristic of iron ore fine itself.The higher is the percentage of calcium oxide,the lower is the melting point temperature.The alumina in iron ore fine increases the melting temperature.Alumina has an obvious influence on the melting point when the percentage of calcium oxide is low.When the alumina contents of different iron ore fines are very close together.The iron ore fines with crystal water has a lower melting point temperature than those without crystal water.For the same iron ore fine,the finer is the particle size of iron ore,the lower is the melting temperature.
