掺杂湿法镍冶炼废渣制备新型建材陶粒研究

摘    要:本研究采用含镍废渣搭配粘土、铁渣、木屑制备建筑轻集料陶粒,考察了各物料配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对烧成陶粒的影响。得到适宜的工艺条件为:含镍废渣掺入比为10%~12%,铁渣掺入比为40%~43%,木屑掺入比为7.8%~9.2%,预热温度500℃,预热时间2~3min,焙烧温度1150~1200℃,焙烧时间5~10min。结果表明:陶粒堆积密度<300 kg/m3粒级,吸水率、烧失率、煮沸质量损失等性能均满足国家标准要求,实现了工业固体废弃物的资源化利用。

Abstract:In this research,light aggregate ceramisite was prepared by nickel-containing waste slag with clay,iron slag and wood dust.The effects of the mixture ratio,calcination temperature and calcination time on the calcined ceramisite were investigated.The appropriate process conditions are obtained as follow:the mixing ratio of nickel-containing waste slag is 10%~12%,iron slag is 40%~43%,and wood dust is 7.8%~9.2%,and other conditions as preheating temperature 500℃,preheating time 2~3 min,roasting temperature 1150~1200℃,roasting time 5~10 min.Results showed that the bulk density of ceramsite product<300 kg/m3,performance indicators all meet the requirements of national standards,realized the utilization of industrial solid waste.
