基于模糊综合评价的电压无功控制在线评估系统研究

摘    要:为了选择适合具体电网的电压无功控制系统,需要对不同型号电压无功控制系统的控制效果进行全方位的评估。为此,从降低网损和提高电压合格率方面着手,分析了评估原理,提出了基于模糊综合评价方法的地区电网电压无功控制在线评估系统。该系统可将待评估系统接入电网,在线收集无功控制操作信息,对影响电网运行的各指标进行在线评估。

Abstract:For choosing voltage reactive power control system which is appropriate for specific power grid, it is necessary to evaluate control effects all-around of voltage reactive control systems of different types. Therefore, based on decreasing net- work losses and improving voltage percent of pass, it analyzes evaluating principles and raises an voltage reactive power con- trol on-line evaluating system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This system can insert the evaluating system into power grid, collect reactive power control operation information and realize on-line evaluation for operating index that may influence security of power grid.
