多模光纤温度传感器系统

摘    要:研制了钴盐溶液热色传感介质光学双波长差分吸收多模光纤温度传感器系统。自制了光纤耦合器件,采用了锁相电路,利用微机直接进行数字锁相探测,信号相除运算和温度校正。该系统实时显示温度,测温范围30℃—50℃,准确度±0.15℃,分辨率0.02℃,在40℃时6小时稳定性±0.05℃,12小时稳定性±0.18℃。主要用于抗电磁干扰的微波辐射治疗和谷物加热干燥等测温应用。

Abstract:A multimode optical fiber temperature sensor system,with a thermochromic sensing medium of thecobalt(Ⅱ)salt solution(Cocl_26H_2O),is developed based on the principle of the dou- ble wavelength difference absorption.Serf—made optical fiber couplers and phase—locking circuits are used.The digital phase—locking detection,the signal division operation,and the software com- pensation for the measured temperature are conducted directly by using a micro—computer.The temperature measuring range of the system is 30℃—50℃,with a measuring uncertainty of ±0. 15℃,a resolution of 0.02℃,and a stability of ±0.05℃ at 40℃ in 6 hours and ±18℃ in 12 hours.This optical temperature sensor system can be used in the microwave radiation medicine and grain drying etc.
