污泥的热解特性实验研究

摘    要:采用热重分析仪对城市污水处理厂及造纸厂废弃污泥的热解特性进行了实验性研究,考察热解温度、升温速率和混煤比例等不同操作参数下的污泥失重特性.实验结果发现,污泥热解过程经历了三个阶段:水分挥发阶段,挥发分挥发阶段和固定碳燃尽阶段;污泥与煤混合物的热解速率在固定碳燃尽阶段与单独污泥热解相比较得到了较大的提高;混煤后污泥的活化能与频率因子都有显著的下降.

Abstract:The pyrolysis characteristics of sludges from municipal waste water treatment factory and paper manufacturer were experimentally studied with a thermal-gravity analyzer (TGA). The influences of operation conditions such as the pyrolysis temperature, temperature raising velocity and mixing of coal, on sludge weight-lost were examined. It was found that the pyrolysis process experienced three periods: water evaporation, devolatilization and char burnt. It was also found that mixing a certain amount of coal with the sludge, the pyrolysis rate was promoted, especially in the period of carbon burnt, compared with the pyrolysis of the sludge without mixing coal. According to the TGA result, the kinetic parameters of the sludge pyrolysis were also obtained.
