基于FLAC2D数值方法的盾构隧道地层损失率研究

摘    要:盾构隧道施工中,提前预测隧道开挖引起的地层及邻近建筑变形对于减少施工对既有建筑的危害是必要的。本文从实用且快速评估的角度出发,提出基于FLAC2D数值方法的地层损失率研究,在模拟盾构隧道开挖过程中引入地层损失的概念,简化开挖步骤,充分考虑了隧道开挖引起的地层与邻近建筑的变形效应。经实例验证,该方法行之有效,且针对武汉某隧道下穿断面,提出地层损失率控制在2%以内,开挖顺序为C/B/A的最优施工方案。

Abstract:It is necessary for safe tunnel construction to forecast the deformation of the nearby strata and foundations induced by shield tunnel excavation. From the viewpoint of practicability and celerity, the loss rate of shield tunnel excavation based on FLAC2D method was put forward to simplify the excavation steps, improve computation speed with fully considering the deformation effects of nearby strata and foundations. It is a useful method which was proved by measured data of a built tunnel of Shanghai subway. While applying this method in one section of Wuhan under-construction Metro Line passing through the railway bridge pile foundations, an optimum construction scheme with excavation order of C/B/A is suggested when the loss rate is less than 2%.
