摘    要:
本文作者于2004年7月中旬对长沙市某带中庭的高层住宅进行了问卷调查。根据调查结果分析了高层住宅结构形式及特征、室内及中庭环境对住宅舒适性的影响。结果表明带中庭的高层住宅比一般住宅具有通风效果好、人们对室内环境满意度高等优点。为冬冷夏热地区带中庭的高层住宅的研究设计提供了参考数据。

Abstract:
The author carried through the questionnaire surveys on a tall atrium residential building in Changsha city on the middle ten days of July 2004. According to the questionnaire survey result, analyzed the structure shape, the characteristic and infection of the environment in tall atrium and residential buildings on comfort. The result indicates that atrium residential building is better than commonly tall residential building in ventilation effect, and the satisfaction degree of indoor environment. This text affords data reference for study and design tall atrium residential building in cool winter and hot summer areas.
