Abstract:The integrative communication platform which is based on NGN network structure and soft-switching technology will be the major communication pattern in the future.It will do a great deal of good for the future development of electric power communication and dispatching system,if we know how to utilize current electric power information private network to establish electric power communication and dispatching system,to improve the integrative operation and maintenance platform,as well as to control the operational key facts for the communication and information network via advance technical methods.This article mainly focuses on explaining the structure and principle of integrative operation and maintenance platform which is based on soft-switching technology in electric power dispatching system.It also discusses how to employ new technologies to fulfill the business deployment on integrative operation and maintenance platform based on the soft-switching.
