摘    要:研究白水中阴离子垃圾对PAE的增湿强效果、壳聚糖的增干、湿强效果、阳离子淀粉的增干强效果以及AKD的施胶效果的影响,并与使用果胶酶处理阴离子垃圾后阳离子助剂使用效果对比。结果表明:阴离子垃圾可显著降低阳离子添加剂的使用效果;白水经果胶酶处理后,阴离子垃圾对阳离子助剂的不利影响显著下降,阳离子助剂的效果得到明显增强。

Influence of Pectinase Treatment of Whitewater on Effect of Cationic Chemical Additives for Tissue Wrapping Paper

Abstract:In this work, the influence of anionic trash in white water on the effect of PAE for wet strength, effect of chitosan for dry and wet strength, effect of cationic starch for dry strength, and effect of AKD for sizing degree were studied. It was compared with another condition, i.e., whitewater treated with pectinase. The results showed that the anionic trash can significantly reduce the effect of the use of a cationic additive. The negative effect of anionic trash on the performance of cationic additives could be reduced after treating whitewater with pectinase, also the performance of cationic additives on tissue wrapping paper was enhanced.
