宏程序在数控铣削加工中的应用

摘    要:宏程序是手工编程的高级语言编程方式,合理地应用宏程序能使程序变得简单且加工精度高,相对于CAD/CAM自动编程软件的数控程序,加工时间也会大大缩短。本文通过内椭圆加工实例,探索宏程序在数控铣削中的应用。

Abstract:Micro program is a high-level language mode of manual programming. The reasonable application of macro program can make the process becomes simple and precise. Relative to the CAD / CAM automatic pro-gramming software, the processing time will be greatly shortened. Taking the oval processing instance as an exam-ple, this paper explores the application of the macro program in the numerical control milling.
