液晶润滑添加剂的研究进展

摘    要:液晶分子自身独特的低剪切特性使其在摩擦学领域得到了广泛应用,本文主要从溶致液晶、热致液晶两类液晶材料的结构特性出发,介绍了润滑作用机理,列举了几种类型液晶添加剂在各种普通润滑剂和合成油脂中的减摩抗磨效果。

Abstract:The advances in liquid crystal lubrication and liquid crystals as lubrication additive were reviewed. Structure and function mechnism two different kinds of liquid crystals were discussed for lyotropic liquid crystals and thermotropic liquid crystals. Their friction-reducing and antiwear properties under different experimental conditions were introduced. The lubrication functions of adding liquid crylstals as lubricating additives into some regular greases and synthetic oils were commented.
