钢筋锈蚀检测鉴定技术在高层建筑结构中的应用

摘    要:某8层商住楼主要结构构件出现混凝土开裂现象,个别构件钢筋锈蚀情况较严重。通过进行钢筋锈蚀情况普查、钢筋保护层厚度检测、混凝土施工质量及缺陷检查、混凝土碳化深度和Cl^-含量检测,发现主要原因为混凝土保护层厚度偏小及混凝土中存在蜂窝孔洞。按锈蚀情况的不同分别对构件进行处理。

Abstract:Cracks appeared in the Main structure members of an 8-storey commercial residence building and steel bars in some members corroded seriously. Through general investigation on steel bar corrosion, examining the protection coat thickness of steel bar, inspecting the construction quality and defect of concrete, testing the carbonization and Cl^- content of concrete, it is found out that corrosion is mainly caused by thin concrete protection coat and honeycombed holes in the concrete. The structure members can be treated in different ways according to corrosion conditions.
