| 摘 要： | 本文论述了加强省级公益性地质调查队伍建设的重要意义,从人员、经费、基地、业务能力等方面分析了省级公益性地质调查队伍建设成就,查找了阻碍省级公益性地质调查建设的突出问题:公益性定位不突出、队伍结构性矛盾、资料汇交滞后、内部管理有待加强等问题。
