| Abstract: | Sodium carboxyl methyl starch(CMS) is extensively applied in many fields of industrial production with its unique performance and higher economic benefits as an important chemical auxiliary.This study investigated the effect of the reaction conditions on the DS of the CMS.The starch and CMS was characterized by means of IR.With the aid of SEM,the particle features of starch and CMS were also compared. |
