| 摘 要： | 低噪声放大器是射频收发机的一个重要组成部分,也是射频电路设计中的难点。在此先对晶体管ATF-54143做了定性分析,根据定性分析以及实际需求,阐述了射频低噪声放大器设计与仿真的两种方法。一种是以最佳噪声系数为目标的设计方法;另一种是以噪声系数为主兼顾增益目标的设计方法。该方法详尽且数据准确真实,其仿真结果均符合预定的设计要求。 |
