机车轮箍形状曲线实时检测系统的研究

摘    要:在分析现有机车轮箍形状曲线的测量技术基础上,提出由激光源、CCD摄像机、DSP处理电路和信号分析软件等组成的一种基于激光传感器的机车轮箍形状曲线实时检测系统。该系统可实现机车轮箍形状曲线的实时测量,从而实时掌握机车车轮在运行中的变化,为机车的安全运行提供保障。

Abstract:The existing measuring techniques of locomotive wheel shape curve were analyzed.A real-time testing system of locomotive wheel shape curve based on laser sensor was proposed,which was composed of laser source,CCD,DSP processing circuit,the signal analyzing software and so on.The system can realize the real-time measurement of the locomotive tire shape curve,so the real-time modifying of locomotive wheel in operation can analyzed.It can providing safeguard for the operation of the locomotive.
