用于智能移动机器人的电源模块设计与实现

摘    要:移动机器人多采用以电池为主的供电方式,并由于其电机驱动和各种功能电路的需要,需为机器人提供一个具有多种电压输出、高效节能的供电系统,并且该系统需具备电池过放,过流保护以及电量计量和故障检测等功能,因此,电源模块设计是机器人的一项关键技术。文章针对智能移动机器人平台的实际应用,设计并实现了一种智能化、高效率、高性能、高可靠性的机器人电源模块解决方案。

Abstract:Mobile Robot uses battery as its main power supply, and due to the needs of its motor drivers and various function circuits, an efficient power supply system with multiple output voltages should be provided. Also, the system requires several functions such as over-discharge, over-current protection, coulomb measurement and fault diagnosis. Therefore, the power module design is one of key technologies of robot. In this paper, an intelligent, efficient, high performance, high reliability power module solution for practical applications of intelligent mobile robot platform is designed and implemented.
